Leamington Spa (or Royal Leamington Spa to give it its full name) is the third largest town in Warwickshire and within easy commuting distance of Birmingham and Coventry. A wealth of independent retailers can be found all around the town and with two independent children's party shops in the town - Craft & Party and One Stop Party Shop - clearly plenty of kids enjoy well organised birthday celebrations.
