Ordered a car online on March 5th, said 2 to 3 days delivery. Received an email to say it was sent out on the 8th of March. It is now the 13th and have not received the car.
Have left numerous phone messages and sent emails but have had no response. No-one answers the phone, straight to answer machine.
Have a very disappointed son who had no car on his birthday. The fact that we do not know the courier to help track the order or had no response from Kiddy Kars is very disappointing.
Would not recommend. Also, my parents have had to stay home for 4 days waiting on a delivery which has not come.
