Crocodile Toys is one of the most famous and loved toy shops in the Cotswolds. Founded in 1995, this independently-run Cirencester toy shop sells a superb selection of traditional toys that appeal to all age ranges.

The shop's philosophy has always been to stock a carefully-selected range of toys that have been chosen for their play value, durability, and wherever possible, their environmental credentials. From baby to adult, everyone can find something to suit them - from inexpensive pocket money toys to luxury rocking horses.

Popular brands sold at the Crocodile Toy Shop include Plan Toys, Schleich, Sylvanian Families and Galt. They also sell hand-crafted teddy bears and soft toys from Steiff - and top quality wooden toys from the likes of John Crane and Orchard Toys.

This 2-storey Cotswolds toy shop has gained much affection from not only the local customers but also tourists that are passing through the Cotswolds. In 2006, the shop was even nominated for the "Best Toy Shop of the Year" award, run by the Toy Retailers Association.
