My youngest son has starting collecting Playmobil figures, mostly bought from Toymaster Bridlington, but also from other branches.
We had had trouble finding a certain figure he wanted and the staff at Toymaster Bridlington went out of their way to help. That included them calling all the other branches, keeping in touch with us when they could not find it and ringing when they finally found one.
In a world where most shopping is done online, with hard-to-find phone numbers, unanswered emails etc, Toymaster has kept a traditional shopping method with real customer care.
It has been a real pleasure to shop there. The item was not expensive, but that did not alter the service. It's nice to be treated as a valued customer,and I shall most certainly shop there again. Thank you Toymaster.
