Wonderful customer service, I cannot thank this company enough! We sadly lost our son at 1 day old in January and in his memory box were two buttons. Bear one stayed with our baby Noah and the other one went to our older son has and cherishes.
My little sister and nephew also love what we call his "Noah Bear" so I ordered two of the only small bears on the website. However, these weren't in stock and was asked what else I would want instead so I explained why we wanted the small bears specifically and a lovely lady searched everywhere and managed to find some!
We recieved the bears today along with a lovely note. You have made our day and are going to make two children very happy after school! Me and my family cannot thank you enough. We need more people like this in the world!
