Based on the busy Chatsworth Road in the Brampton area of Chesterfield, Derbyshire, Pooky is a beautiful little shop. They sell lots of unique toys and gifts for children from birth up to 8 years old. Many of these are not widely available on the high street, so this is a little shop with a lot to offer.
They sell a whole range of traditional and modern toys, from pocket money products to pedal cars. They specialise in wooden and tin products rather than plastic - this is a shop where you really can find that different toy when purchasing presents. First opened in November 2011, its popularity soared and it’s now a favourite destination shop in the area. They also attract customers from further afield with the wide-ranging selection of toys on their website.
They offer a free local delivery service as well as a reserve and collect service online. Pooky is a place not to be missed when visiting Chesterfield. Normal open hours are Monday to Saturday 10am until 5pm, and the first and last Sunday of the month 11am until 3pm.
