Congleton is a pretty market town in Cheshire with a good selection of independent shops and regular weekly and monthly artisan market. Although there are no independent toys shops actually on the high street, Cheshire Toy Shop is on the outskirts of the town at Astbury, and is easy to find from the town centre.
