Q Pootle 5 was created by author, animator and designer Nick Butterworth through his company Snapper Productions. The CBeebies show based on Nick's best-selling books have a recurring theme of friendship which in turn leads the characters to be tolerant, kind and caring for each other.
Jumbo Games was the first toy company to sign a licence to manufacture and supply an interesting range of products that appeal to the show's preschool viewing audience. Starting with giant playing cards, four-in-one specially shaped jigsaws and an assortment of 35 piece puzzles, these images on these creative items all feature scenes from the TV series.
