Following a glitzy film premiere in 2008 at the launch of the first Iron Man film, a large range of superb Iron Man toys were released by several toy companies to accompany this blockbuster movie franchise. These helped to ensure that the legendary Marvel Comics superhero became a massive hit with a whole new generation of children.

Iron Man 3 was released in May 2013. This time the hero fights his arch enemy Mandarin who was made famous in the original comic series. Robert Downey Jnr., Gwyneth Paltrow and Scarlett Johansson are the major cast members with Shane Black as director.
